Justin is a community organizer who has been working on social and economic issues for the last ten years. He has worked with groups such as Organize Now, New Florida Majority, SEIU and the Fight For 15. As the Fight For 15 Organizer Justin helped mobilize fast food workers to protest for better working conditions, fair treatment and livable wages. 

 

Justin leads Equal Ground’s field and community organizing, where he spearheads efforts to empower historically marginalized communities through civic engagement and voter education. With a passion for grassroots organizing and social justice, he oversees a dynamic team of volunteers working to expand voter registration, combat voter suppression, and increase turnout in Black communities. Drawing on years of experience in community outreach and leadership, he is committed to fostering equitable access to the ballot box and ensuring that every voice is heard in the democratic process.

 

A Richmond, Virginia native Justin now resides currently in Seminole County and still continues to fight for progressive values.
